Raised in Arizona, I have a deep love for the desert landscape and environment. Although I love the desert, I also love a change in environment. So I moved to Eugene, OR to study Architecture at the University of Oregon. Graduated and began my career in Portland, OR and am now living in San Francisco, CA. The differences in architecture, people, food, fashion, and lifestyles in every city leaves me endlessly curious.
I love to connect with people. One of my favorite ways to do this is through cooking. I find few things better than standing around the stove with a glass of wine, music, and good company. Connecting to others and myself through art is another cornerstone of my life. Art in many mediums has always been a tool for me to work through life. My love for it ebbs and flows alongside my life. However, I’ve loved to knit and crochet consistently since I was young. Creating items for myself, family, and friends that are not only unique and beautiful but functional is immensely satisfying for me. In both my personal and work life, surrounding myself with curious people who inspire me and push my growth as a human being is a constant I search for.
I began working as an assistant to a real estate agent with a background in architecture specializing in residential renovations when I was 16. My role grew into assisting on construction sites, a little design work here and there, and the rest is history. I’ve known I wanted to pursue Architecture from a young age and my instincts haven’t failed me yet. As my career barrels forward I’m excited to complete my ARE's to attain my Architect license, and continue working towards creating more pedestrian focused spaces, bringing people together.
